Trust is part of the work.

PlayForward aims to make its sources, methods, limitations and independent status clear. This page explains the principles governing our content and the handling of information submitted through the website.

Policy last reviewed: 20 October 2026

Source and verification standards

We prioritise original government publications, responsible sporting bodies, research institutions and other authoritative sources.

Material factual claims should be supported by links to the relevant source. Reviewers record verification dates where the system supports them and revisit information when circumstances change.

If a claim cannot be verified, it should be qualified, withheld or labelled appropriately — never presented as established.

Human review and AI

AI may assist with drafting, summarising or organising information. AI-generated material is not automatically authoritative.

Public content must follow the approved human-review workflow (Draft → Reviewed → Published). Interactive analysis outputs are working material — not official advice, verified partner matches, medical predictions or compliance certification.

On a private brief, AI suggestions are optional, labelled as AI, and may only cite sources already listed on this site. A reviewer can turn them off or cap daily use.

Independence

PlayForward is an AISECS initiative. It is not an official government framework or a representative of the Roadmap’s participating governments.

References to government programmes, events and sporting bodies do not imply endorsement, partnership or formal affiliation.

Your information

Contact forms and delegation enquiries collect only the information needed for their stated purpose: typically name, email, organisation, country and message. Network addresses are stored only as a one-way fingerprint to prevent abuse.

Enquiry records are stored in our secure database, visible only to authorised PlayForward reviewers, used only to reply, and deleted automatically after 12 months from the date sent (owner-approved retention, 20 Oct 2026). You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

The collaboration brief on /collaborate stays in your browser session and is not submitted or saved to AISECS servers when you prepare or download it. Theme and language preferences may remain in your browser. Signed-in Navigator briefs, delegation plans and related account records are stored privately for your account.

Do not submit passwords, financial account details, health information or confidential commercial material in open text fields.

Privacy and applicable law

Our enquiry handling is designed with awareness of the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (including the Australian Privacy Principles) and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. This page explains organisational practice; it is not legal advice.

Do not treat the mere citation of a law as proof of compliance. AISECS should obtain qualified review of its privacy obligations as needed.

Corrections and accountability

If you identify inaccurate, outdated or misleading content, report it and include an authoritative source where possible. A reviewer assesses the report, updates the content where warranted and revises its verification record.
